Expansion Coming for Exclusive Resorts in Miraval
Exclusive Resorts members have long enjoyed the exceptional experience of Miraval Resort & Spa. Miraval's innovative programs take the spa experience to a new level, and members have told us again and again that they have found their Miraval experience to be transformative. Until now, the club's accommodations available at Miraval have been one-bedroom casitas. We have now moved to acquire 8 two-bedroom villas being built within the resort, effectively quadrupling our capacity at this remarkable destination. In partnering with Miraval as they build these spacious, luxurious new residences, we know the project will be a wonderful fit for Exclusive Resorts members.
Once complete, these new villas will give members the freedom to bring another couple to share your resort experience, and your club vacations with Miraval will be even more convenient and comfortable.

Residential development within Miraval has been extremely limited, making this a unique opportunity for Exclusive Resorts. Miraval has proven itself to be a strong partner for the club, and we have tremendous confidence that these residences will be home runs for our members, in the superb quality of the amenities, in the comfort and beauty of the villas themselves, and in the close proximity to the heart of the resort and all of its offerings.
Naturally, our members will continue to have full access to purchase and enjoy the complete Miraval Life in Balance experience, including all meals and the resort's renowned wellness program.
Superb residence quality
Exclusive Resorts is partnering with Miraval to create desert modern architecture with interior design optimizing the function, comfort and beauty of the natural surroundings for our members' enjoyment. The two-bedroom villas are planned to be spacious at over 2,600 interior square feet, with an additional 1,600 square feet of exterior living space. Full kitchens allow for private chef service, if you choose.
Each villa will have a private courtyard, hot tub, fire pit, fireplaces in the master bedroom and great room, and retractable glass walls that artfully blend indoor and outdoor living, making the most of the breathtaking high desert setting. The resort's elegance is echoed in each residence's interior design, with clean lines and natural beauty taking center stage.
Look for a 2009 release
We plan to release these new residences in the first half of 2009.
