Welcome to a whole new look and feel for Exclusive Living! I'm excited about the direction we're taking our members-only newsletter, for a couple of reasons.

First and foremost, we wanted a way to reach out to you with club news much more frequently, giving you a convenient, readable format that reaches you in a timely way. We'll be sending Exclusive Living to you by email every month, with all the news you want to know about the club.

Second, we're committed to doing our part to save resources and make the club a "greener" place. Saving paper, energy, cost and time by moving to an electronic format just makes sense in this 21st century world. We're very aware that you want us to spend the club's resources on making your vacations even better, not on newsletters or brochures.

New releases on the horizon

We have some great new developments and destinations opening for you later this year. You can expect to see six more of our fantastic residences in Vail at The Arrabelle at Vail Square coming very shortly. And in early fall, we have 12 new residences coming at Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco. This expanded offering and the terrific quality of the residences are going to be great for members.

We also expect to release our 12 residences in the Ho'olei development in Wailea, Maui this fall, expanding access to a destination that members tell us again and again how much they love.

These are just a few highlights—2008 promises to be a terrific year for releasing exceptional vacation residences for Exclusive Resorts members to enjoy. Each one of these projects was hand-picked to provide an incredible experience for members, both in the quality of the residences and of the destinations. I think you're really going to enjoy each and every one.

Club news: Introductory pricing for the new membership plans is expiring

The club also has some news that we first let you know about on Compass a week ago. Our introductory pricing is expiring for our new, flexible suite of membership plans.

What this means for you is that if you have friends considering membership, or if you were thinking about an upgrade or second membership, this would be a terrific time to act. Introductory pricing on our new, flexible plans ends on August 29, increasing the membership fee on all plans by $20,000.

Also, don't forget that for a limited time you have the best of both worlds—you can choose from both the old and the new membership plans for upgrades or second memberships.

If you'd like to talk with someone about a referral or an upgrade, your Membership Director can help you with everything you might need. We realize the options can get a little complicated. But that's just where your Membership Director can step in and make it easy for you to find the perfect plan for yourself, your friends or your colleagues.
